4 Week In-person Course
Relax and Return
The past two years have been challenging. We’ve experienced collective and personal trauma. This is a space to come together in a spiritual community, move your body, breathe, meditate, bask in the sun and receive all the abundance coming your way. It’s been a confusing time as we attempt to rejoin society. Who am I now? What am I ready to receive? How do I relate to people in my life now? How am I embodying my strong no’s and yeses? A theme and reflection will be offered each week to help ground you through this transition.
Details:
Rooftop in person classes in Del Valle Norte, Mexico City.
4 Class Series: the idea is to sign up for all 4 classes so we have an opportunity to come together, build and foster community. Classes are 75 mins long.
Saturdays: May 21, May 28, June 4, June 11 @ 10:45am - 12pm (please arrive at 10:30 to set up).
Cost: $60 USD or $1200 pesos for the 4 class series.
Single class: $15 USD or $300 pesos. If you are paying for a single class via Venmo/Paypal, please indicate which dates or register through the links below.

You will be sent the address and details the day before (Fri, May 20) to the email connected to your payment method.
*In the event of rain cancelation(s), we will make up that class with the following Saturdays in June. Please note there are no refunds or exchanges.
